Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a talented and passionate Western Vocal Instructor to join our teaching team at Enthuziastic. The ideal candidate should possess excellent vocal technique, a deep understanding of Western music styles (Pop, Jazz, Classical, Rock, R&B, etc.), and the ability to inspire and guide students of various age groups and skill levels through engaging virtual lessons.

As a Western Vocal Instructor, you will play a key role in shaping students’ vocal abilities, helping them gain confidence, refine technique, and explore the beauty of voice as a performing art.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct live, interactive online vocal classes using platforms like Zoom.

  • Teach vocal warm-ups, pitch, breath control, rhythm, tone, and articulation techniques.

  • Develop customized lesson plans based on student level (beginner to advanced).

  • Introduce students to different Western music genres and vocal styles.

  • Prepare students for performances, auditions, exams, or casual learning goals.

  • Provide constructive feedback and monitor progress through regular assessments.

  • Encourage creativity, stage confidence, and individual expression through music.

Educational Background:

  • Certification or formal training in Western Vocal Music (Trinity/ABRSM/Bachelor’s/Master’s in Music).

  • Teaching certification is a plus.

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching Western vocal music (online or offline).

  • Strong knowledge of vocal techniques, music theory, and genre-specific styles.

  • Ability to play an instrument (keyboard/guitar) is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Skilled in making sessions interactive and enjoyable for learners of all ages.

  • Experience in virtual class delivery using digital tools and audio systems.

Technical Requirements:

  • Reliable internet connection and a professional home studio setup.

  • Familiarity with Zoom, audio interfaces, and digital teaching aids.

  • Ability to share backing tracks, sheet music, and practice materials digitally.
