Position Internal Recruiter
Schedule Full-time | Core coverage required between Pacific and Eastern time zones

About the Role

Hire Hangar is expanding its talent-acquisition team and seeks an Internal Recruiter who brings hands-on experience from a high-volume staffing environment. The ideal candidate has supported technology clients, led technical interviews with confidence, and is comfortable juggling numerous requisitions simultaneously.

Primary Functions
  • Own the full hiring lifecycle – source, screen, interview, coordinate, and close.

  • Run multiple searches in parallel, maintaining a steady slate of qualified prospects.

  • Evaluate technical aptitude, conducting structured interviews that test skills against client demands.

  • Partner with hiring managers and external stakeholders to clarify needs and calibrate candidate profiles.

  • Sustain candidate engagement through clear, timely updates at every stage.

  • Leverage ATS and sourcing platforms to track activity and preserve data accuracy.

  • Recommend process enhancements that shorten time-to-hire and improve talent quality.

Core Requirements
  • 2–3 years full-cycle recruiting, including high-volume workloads at a large staffing firm.

  • Demonstrated success interviewing and placing technical talent.

  • Proven ability to support technology clients and understand role nuances.

  • Strong written and verbal communication; adept at managing expectations with candidates and hiring teams.

  • Skilled in ATS software and modern sourcing tools.

  • Availability to cover several days per week aligned to Pacific Time; flexibility across EST–PST hours.
