Position: Internal Recruiter
Type: Full-time, Remote (must maintain core coverage on Eastern time zones)
Hire Hangar is scaling, and our success hinges on a steady flow of high-caliber talent. We’re looking for an Internal Recruiter who can keep pipelines full, interviews sharp, and hiring teams confident—especially in the fast-moving world of tech.
Lead the full cycle. Source, screen, interview, coordinate, and close—owning every candidate touchpoint.
Handle volume with ease. Manage multiple requisitions at once while protecting candidate quality and speed-to-hire.
Interview like a pro. Conduct structured, skill-based conversations that accurately gauge technical depth.
Collaborate deeply. Align with hiring managers and external partners to fine-tune role requirements and candidate profiles.
Keep candidates in the loop. Deliver timely updates and stellar experiences from first outreach to final offer.
Work the stack. Use our ATS, dialers, and sourcing platforms to maintain flawless data and clear reporting.
Raise the bar. Spot process gaps, propose fixes, and help us shorten time-to-fill without sacrificing fit.
2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume staffing environment.
Demonstrated success placing technical talent (engineering, product, data, or similar).
Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and stakeholder-management savvy.
ATS & sourcing expertise: you navigate modern tools with ease.
Ability to cover several days per week aligned to Pacific Time and flex across EST–PST windows.
Self-directed, organized, and comfortable setting priorities with minimal oversight.
Process-minded: you enjoy refining workflows and measuring results.
Experience thriving on a distributed, multi-disciplinary team.
