About the Role

Limble is looking for a Head of Information Security to join our growing team. As our Head of Information Security, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our digital assets and ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data. You’ll rely on your proven experience in developing and leading comprehensive security strategies to identify and mitigate risks while supporting the growth of our company.

How you’ll make an impact
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a security strategy that aligns with Limble’s business objectives.

  • Lead the design of security policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our needs and adhere to industry regulations and best practices.

  • Conduct risk management activities, audits, and evaluations across corporate IT infrastructure and products using recognized methodologies and frameworks.

  • Identify potential areas where data security policies and procedures need revision or development and mitigate information security risks.

  • Act as the key liaison on security and privacy matters, including the prioritization of risk remediation and communication of risk decisions that drive business value.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with security objectives.

  • Stay current with emerging security threats and industry best practices to proactively address potential vulnerabilities.

  • Oversee operations of the security team and create and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), metrics, dashboards, and reporting to measure the performance of the security organization.

  • Communicate with current or potential Limble customers regarding security processes.

  • Ensure Limble’s employees are trained on and adhere to security best practices.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in an IT security leadership role.

  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.

  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, frameworks, and regulations (e.g., NIST, SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, FedRAMP).

  • Experience in designing and implementing security solutions for SaaS environments.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
