As a founding Account Executive, you will manage the entire sales and customer lifecycle, from identifying prospects and closing deals to onboarding, retaining, and expanding customers. You will work directly with our co-founders to shape our sales playbook, define key processes, and ensure customers succeed with Clarify.
Own the end-to-end customer journey: pre-sales, active sales, and post-sales.
Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers, running demos and closing deals.
Guide customers through onboarding and ensure they see value from our product quickly.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling renewals, expansions, and upsells.
Develop and refine sales and success processes, helping us scale efficiently.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and shape our roadmap.
Experiment with different GTM strategies, leveraging both outbound and inbound efforts.
Define and track key metrics such as revenue growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Experienced in SaaS sales, account management, or customer success
Skilled at discovery, running product demos, and value selling.
Comfortable discussing both technical solutions and business outcomes with customers.
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment.
Strong communicator and relationship builder with a customer-first mindset.
