Come join our Digital Branch as a Hybrid Digital Banker (HDB) and take your career to a level unattainable in a traditional bank environment! The HDB plays a critical role in the Digital Banking department, supporting both branch and digital operations. The HDB serves as a first point of contact for customers across channels and executes proactive outreach to support deposit growth, solar loan engagement, and small business development for the Digital Branch. This role represents the true voice of the client and will be at the forefront of delivering superior experience to our clients. This role will participate and assist management with any sales campaigns and new digital banking technology roll outs, internal training, support, and adoption. When in branch, the HDB will support on the teller line and with account openings and maintenance.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Branch Support: Respond to branch assignments when requested.
• Customer Service: Provide high touch personalized customer service through daily virtual interactions with client base. Serve as part of the primary call group assisting client inbound/outbound calling efforts to resolve the client’s need.
• Client Outreach & Relationship Building: Conduct proactive outreach to both new and existing solar loan clients. This includes onboarding “Solar Loan Welcome Calls” and scheduled follow-ups at key intervals (e.g., 6- and 12-months) to ensure excellent service and deepen relationships by promoting additional deposit products.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Drive growth through outbound efforts targeting small businesses and solar installers nationwide. Leverage phone, email, and LinkedIn to promote the Impact Banking app, identifying and referring qualified opportunities to senior bankers for conversion.
• Client Onboarding: Facilitate digital client onboarding and support.
• Customer Retention: Work closely with internal business partners to expand products and services per customer to deepen customer relationships and increase customer retention.
• Operational Support: Assist in processing deposit and loan transactions efficiently to shorten the time from application to Notice to Proceed (NTP), supporting the achievement of service level agreements (SLAs) across the solar process.

• Banking Experience- Comprehensive knowledge of digital banking systems and products and experience working in a bank environment. Educated in financial products and services, banking regulations and laws.
• Training, Learning and Technology- Ability to quickly learn, adopt, and use new technology.
• Efficiency and Organization- A well organized, resourceful self-starter with superior attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and thrive in high volume situations. Excellent time management and self-sufficient organization of one’s tasks and workflow.
• Work Environment- Desire, curiosity and ability to work in a high pace, high growth, high pressure environment with limited direction and supervision that requires high accountability for one’s work product and excellent independent judgement.
• Team Spirit- Demonstrated ability to support team members and act as a source of inspiration for the collective improvement of the team and the achievement of business objectives.

Physical Demands:

• Sustained standing and sitting.
• Frequent use of PC, including typing or sustained attention to monitor.
• Occasional lifting of basic office files or equipment up to 20 lbs.
