Job Title: Manual Tester Analyst

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Manual Tester Analyst to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity with huge potential for professional growth and leadership. As part of a company that is just beginning its testing journey, you will play a key role in shaping and refining testing processes, creating test packs, and ensuring best practices are implemented across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and create comprehensive test packs to ensure effective and thorough testing of applications.
Attend scrum meetings and collaborate closely with the development team to understand requirements and deliver quality results.
Work with test cases to ensure all scenarios are covered and provide thorough validation of applications.
Actively participate in "Go"/ "No-Go" decision-making processes to ensure quality releases.
Perform extensive manual testing on mobile applications and apps for Android and iOS platforms.
Help implement best practices in manual testing and ensure they are applied across the organization.
Document testing results clearly and concisely for future reference and analysis.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

ISTQB certification (or equivalent) is required.
Solid understanding of manual testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience with testing mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to fine-tune and improve testing processes in a growing environment.
Excellent communication and documentation skills to ensure transparency and clarity in test results.
Ability to work effectively within a collaborative, fast-paced team.

Desirable Skills (Plus):

Basic knowledge of QA/Automation tools such as Selenium, with a keen interest in expanding into automation testing over the next 1-2 years.
Experience with continuous integration and automated testing is a plus.
