As we expand our global footprint, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Global Affiliate Relations Manager to help drive growth through developing strong vendor partnerships around the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and expand our global vendor/affiliate network for luxury transportation services.
  • Negotiate competitive rates with vendors to ensure profitability and high-quality service delivery.
  • Vet vendors to ensure compliance with NYC Limo VIP standards, including vehicle quality, chauffeur professionalism, and operational reliability.
  • Coordinate large events, ensuring seamless transportation logistics by working closely with vendors.
  • Sign up new vendors and ensure all required documentation (insurance, certifications, etc.) is properly collected and verified.
  • Complete RFPs for potential corporate and event accounts that will be serviced through our affiliate network.
  • Attend networking events and industry conferences to strengthen relationships and identify new affiliate opportunities.

  • Proven experience in affiliate relations, vendor management, or business development in the transportation or hospitality industries.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and client satisfaction.
