We're looking for a Lead Digital Analyst - SEO to take charge of strategy, execution, and team enablement across a dynamic portfolio of clients. In this role, you'll blend deep SEO expertise with team leadership guiding campaign performance, mentoring junior analysts, and helping shape the future of digital visibility.

SEO Strategy & Performance
Build and lead SEO strategies that align with client goals and audiences
Execute on-page, off-page, and technical optimizations to drive measurable growth
Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and content optimization
Use tools like Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz to track and report results
Stay ahead of algorithm changes and evolving search trends
Content Strategy & Optimization
Collaborate with content and creative teams to deliver SEO-informed digital content
Optimize metadata, tags, and copy to boost relevance and rankings
Help shape blog and editorial strategies for organic discovery
️ Technical SEO
Conduct comprehensive audits to uncover site performance issues
Recommend and implement improvements around Core Web Vitals, mobile responsiveness, crawlability, and structured data
Work closely with developers to ensure search-friendly site structure and code integrity
Leadership & Team Development
Coach, mentor, and upskill junior SEO analysts and marketers
Conduct regular check-ins and facilitate learning sessions for SEO best practices
Promote a collaborative, feedback-driven, and growth-oriented team culture
Identify process improvements and drive efficiencies within the SEO team
Support conflict resolution and communicate team needs to leadership
Pitches & Presentations
Lead the SEO portion of new business pitches and strategic planning
Help prepare the team for pitch presentations and high-stakes deliverables
Translate SEO performance into actionable insights and present them clearly to clients and stakeholders
Industry Engagement
Stay informed on digital, marketing, and tech industry shifts
Share thought leadership and new SEO developments with the team
Contribute to continuous learning across the organization
Proven experience in SEO strategy, execution, and performance measurement
Hands-on familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, and other SEO platforms
Strong interpersonal skills and comfort presenting strategies to clients or stakeholders
Analytical thinking with the ability to draw actionable insights from data
Experience managing people or mentoring junior team members is a strong plus
Comfortable balancing strategic planning with execution
Organized, proactive, and enthusiastic about delivering meaningful results through search
