This role involves a dual focus on capacity scheduling and the investigation of quality-related events (QREs) to drive operational excellence. The Capacity Coordinator will collaborate closely with leadership to ensure that schedules are planned to support the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and that QREs are investigated properly. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the tasks carried out by the Frontend COEs (Center of Excellence) to facilitate effective quality investigation and capacity coordination.

  • Place a strong emphasis on quality-related cases, conducting investigations to identify errors and their root causes. This involves close analysis of processes, identifying gaps, and addressing defects that contribute to QREs.

  • Continuously work to optimize schedule utilization, and track PTO (Paid Time Off) and shrinkage to ensure efficient resource allocation for our pharmacists within all cost centers.

  • Other tasks and reports as assigned.

Skills & Abilities

  • Possess a high level of expertise in multiple patient care tasks currently performed by ExactCare, ensuring in-depth knowledge of the tasks involved.

  • Understand ExactCare processes in-depth, enabling the ability to problem-solve and identify any gaps or defects in the process related to QREs and root causes.

  • Demonstrate a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all aspects of capacity scheduling and quality investigations are thoroughly managed.

  • Be highly organized to manage multiple tasks, responsibilities, and adapt effectively to changes within the company.

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and information.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel (spreadsheets), and PowerPoint to handle data and create reports effectively

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, including public speaking and presentation skills

  • Employed at ExactCare for at least 6 months
