Description

We are seeking a positive, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our HR team. In this role, you will play a key part in connecting HR with the business by providing strategic insights, maintaining data integrity, and managing core compensation and benefits processes.

You'll be part of a collaborative and dynamic HR team that values data-driven decision-making, professional growth, and the opportunity to make a real impact across the organization.

Your Mission:

You will help shape, manage, and analyze compensation and benefits programs to support the organization’s strategic goals. Your work will directly support HR leaders, business managers, and finance teams with data-driven insights and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, management, and ongoing control of the organizational headcount, salary, and wage cost budget
  • Drive and maintain all core reward and benefits processes, including payroll updates, annual bonuses, and organizational leveling
  • Conduct and analyze salary surveys to support competitive and equitable compensation decisions
  • Support the creation and optimization of HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal mobility, and offboarding
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in monthly HR and compensation reports
  • Work closely with finance on FP&A and budget monitoring
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to HR and senior leadership teams



Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Compensation & Benefits or HR Business Analyst role
  • Experience in wage budget planning and monitoring – a must
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills – including data analysis, dashboards, and visual storytelling
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience with Hilan payroll system – an advantage
  • Experience with HiBob – an advantage
