Our smART+™ platform is an intelligent, sensor-based solution that optimizes nutrition delivery while reducing the risks of ventilator-associated pneumonia and malnutrition. Supported by clinical trials, we are setting a new standard in critical care by achieving nearly 100% feeding efficiency and reducing ICU stays by an average of 3.3 days.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Process Engineer to join our dynamic and rapidly growing start-up team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing and supporting our production processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Engineering Change Orders (ECOs)
  • Leading and executing validation activities, including Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ)
  • Developing and maintaining work instructions and routing documentation
  • Handling special work requests and overseeing production rework processes
  • Providing training and support to production operators to ensure compliance and efficiency

Requirements

·   B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering or Biomedical Engineering or equivalent qualification – Must.

·   Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process/ Validation Engineer – Must.

·   Experience with medical device companies - Must.

·   Team player, independent, and proactive attitude.

·   Strong hands-on attitude, problem-solving ability, analytical skills, and creativity.

·   Fluent in English, verbal and written.
