A world-leading leisure sports booking platform, revolutionising the golf world with innovative technology and marketing, is seeking a proactive & tech savvy full-time (40 hours a week), remote Operations Manager to join their agile, globally distributed team.

This long-term role is critical in executing the CEO’s vision and optimising internal processes for growth and efficiency. You will manage a small team of junior team members, streamline systems, and build a comprehensive operational knowledge base that supports onboarding and long-term scalability.
