AU Personal Assistant (Remote)

About the Role

As the AU Personal Assistant , you’ll be the Director’s right hand. From scheduling to minutes to making sure everyone does what they said they would—you’ll keep things moving, on time and on point.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Diary management, scheduling and rescheduling like a boss.
  • Attending meetings and crafting clear, action-focused minutes.
  • Following up with stakeholders to ensure action items get done.
  • Booking travel and coordinating events (yes, some fun stuff!).
  • Providing general admin support to the Director and Senior Leadership Team.
