About the Role
As the AU Personal Assistant, you’ll be the Director’s right hand. From scheduling to minutes to making sure everyone does what they said they would—you’ll keep things moving, on time and on point.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Diary management, scheduling and rescheduling like a boss.
Attending meetings and crafting clear, action-focused minutes.
Following up with stakeholders to ensure action items get done.
