Job description

• Use websites such as Auction.com, Zillow, and Google to identify leads

• Monitor listings: favorite client properties, track pending/sold status, and update listing information

• Build and maintain custom client and property lists

• Contact county clerk’s offices and attempt to reach former property owners

• Follow up on case status and lead progress

• Maintain client communication to support free consultation efforts

• Collect required documentation (e.g., promissory notes)

• Coordinate outsourced notary services

• Manage document distribution and execution
