Job description

This is a remote position.

RichBrains is seeking a dynamic and resourceful Lead Generation Specialist, who will be responsible for spearheading our efforts to identify and attract high-potential clients, supporting the company’s market growth through inventive and adaptable outreach strategies.

You will drive our pipeline by researching, qualifying, and engaging prospective leads through a variety of channels and creative campaigns. Your success in this role will depend on a solid grasp of lead generation and sales development processes, and possess the initiative to propose innovative ideas and optimise outreach methods.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and independently manage the lead generation process
  • Grow and nurture professional network
  • Establish and nurture professional relationships with prospective clients and partners via emails, LinkedIn and other digital channels
  • Determine and prioritise multiple outbound initiatives based on impact and alignment with strategic goals
  • Constantly test, iterate and scale outreach tactics – bring ideas to the table and take full accountability for their execution


Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in Lead Generation in IT outsourcing
  • Advanced English— must be able to communicate fluently with native-speaking leads and international clients
  • Good knowledge of sales and marketing processes
  • Hands-on experience with outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other professional networking platforms
  • Familiarity with automation tools, CRM systems, modern business workflows and understanding of latest trends
  • Active LinkedIn user with a professional network in IT

Would be a plus:

  • Familiarity with AI tools and experience with them in day-to-day work
  • Knowledge of German language
