Job description

This position is great for anyone experienced working in an administrative or coordinator position in an office job, whether remote or not.

The client service associate is the main contact with clients and our advisors, as well as the main coordinator for everything the client wants to get done.  

Your job is to support the advisor with various tasks which include preparing for meetings, transcribing meeting notes, preparing email follow-ups, putting files where they go, updating data and finding new ways to help. This work will require learning our company software which is built on Microsoft systems.

You will be expected to keep learning about the company's services and how we deliver them, learn about our company processes and systems, and keep forging your own career path within the company. Using good teamwork skills is very important in our company. 

The company provides financial services such as financial advising, insurance, legal and tax services to medical doctors and their families in the USA. We have been around for 12 years. Our #1 value is to do well by doing good. 

Our company currently has 8 colleagues working from Colombia or Argentina as independent consultants. They hold various important positions in our company including 2 people in this role. Our company has colleagues working from 7 countries currently.

Related roles are administrative assistant, admin, virtual assistant, executive assistant, coordinator, member services representative. 

Candidates with experience in accounting or finance will be given preference. Candidates with experience with US finances should send a follow-up email after applying for special consideration. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Live in Colombia or Argentina
  • Interested in helping clients with their finances
  • Interested in learning all about US finances
  • Enjoy working mostly alone, but also collaborating tightly with a team
  • Write English well
