Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Commission Only

As an SDR, you’re offering a proven, guaranteed service that elite buyers already want. The only question is: can you open the conversation?
We're hiring experienced, confident SDRs to drive outbound sales efforts targeting high-level entrepreneurs, creators, and public figures. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to lead a conversation, identify serious buyers, and consistently book high-quality calls, fast.

Role Overview

  • Outbound prospecting via DM, text, and cold calls across Instagram and CRM-qualified leads (GHL).
  • Vetting prospects based on social proof, brand presence, and industry fit (we serve the top 1% across business, real estate, aesthetics, and finance).
  • Booking qualified sales calls with strong show-up rates through high-leverage messaging and structured follow-up.
  • Collaborating with closers by initiating intro chats and setting the table for smooth handoffs.

What You Need to Bring

  • Proven sales and cold calling experience (min. 1 year)
  • Clear, confident phone and messaging tonality
  • High output mindset: speed, volume, consistency
  • Familiarity with IG/social prospecting is a plus
  • Comfortable following scripts, rebuttals, and SOPs, but able to pivot when needed

Compensation

  • Commission only, no base
  • Bonuses tied to:
    • Booked + shown calls
    • Cold outbound lead conversion
    • Top performers earn well into four figures monthly
