abra AI & Data Division is looking for a talented Project & Operations Manager to join our growing team in a dynamic and fast-evolving field.

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive individual with strong project management skills and a passion for driving operational excellence.

Position Type: Full-time, Hybrid — Maternity Leave Replacement

Location: Central Israel


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the operational availability and maintenance of EV charging infrastructure, including coordination with external contractors
  • Investigate and troubleshoot system issues through log analysis and collaboration with internal and external teams
  • Develop and implement cross-organizational workflows to ensure high service availability
  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making (BI experience not required, but analytical skills are essential)

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support (Tier 2 or higher), including log reading and structured troubleshooting
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • High-level English (written and spoken)
  • Strong analytical skills, including trend identification and comparative analysis
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and report creation
