Job description

Description

We are monday.com, a global software company transforming how businesses run. Our product suite can adapt to the needs of diverse industries and use cases within one powerful platform, empowering ~245,000 customers worldwide to reimagine how work gets done, drive greater efficiency, and scale like never before.

With over 2,500 employees across the globe, we grow by prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing. We care about the impact you make, not the hours you clock, so we encourage initiative, ownership, and fresh thinking. We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration.

The Extensions Framework is the foundation of monday.com’s open-platform strategy, enabling internal teams, external developers, and millions of users to build customizable, modular, and flexible features, solutions, and products on top of monday.com at scale through no-code, low-code, and AI-powered tools.

The Extensions Core team owns the underlying infrastructure that ensures monday’s UI, backend, and data layers can be extended in a frictionless and standardized way. This includes tools for extension management and development standardization, allowing teams to seamlessly reuse and build on top of existing monday.com capabilities. The result is faster innovation, consistent product quality, and a robust platform ready to support internal products, enterprise customers, and external ecosystem growth.

About The Role

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with a strong technical background to join the Extensions Framework Core team and help shape the foundation of monday.com’s open platform.

In this role, you will:

  • Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for monday.com’s extensibility infrastructure and tools that empower thousands of developers - internal and external - as well as millions of users to build apps, features, and entire products on top of monday.com.
  • Work at the intersection of product, engineering, and developer experience, owning capabilities like extension schema frameworks, APIs, app runtime, and tooling for modular development.
  • Collaborate closely with internal platform and product teams to ensure monday’s building blocks - UI, backend, and data - are easy to extend, customize, and scale.

Your work will directly impact platform innovation, internal velocity, and developer adoption across our ecosystem.

If you’re passionate about developer platforms, think deeply about architecture and usability, and thrive in technical conversations, we’d love to meet you.
