We’re on the hunt for a creative, platform-savvy Junior Social Media Manager who lives and breathes gaming culture and knows what makes content resonate.

As our Social Media Vanguard, you’ll help shape how we show up online – crafting content, engaging with creators, amplifying player stories, and supporting campaigns that reach over 1M followers across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and more. Working closely with our Head of Marketing and Communications, you’ll gain hands-on experience across influencer outreach, community management, and digital storytelling.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Support influencer outreach by identifying and coordinating with gaming creators and streamers.
Track communications and manage billing records to streamline day-to-day operations.
Write, schedule, and publish content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
Help plan content calendars, and monitor community sentiment and engagement.
Assist with performance tracking and weekly social media reporting.
Contribute to blog posts and updates covering gaming, community stories, and product news.

Requirements

Native English speaker / full professional proficiency in English with strong writing and communication skills.
Deep passion for gaming and familiarity with online gaming communities.
Curiosity and instinct for what performs well on TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow.

Bonus Points

Love for Minecraft, ARK: Survival Ascended, The Sims 4, or Grand Theft Auto V.
Experience managing or creating content across TikTok, Instagram, X, Discord, Reddit, or Twitch.
Familiarity with tools like Canva or basic video editing apps.
Experience working with creators or running influencer campaigns.
Background in blogging, newsletter writing, or editorial work.
Known to drop fire captions before your coffee even kicks in.
