So if you think you qualify, but don't necessarily meet every single point on the job description, please still get in touch.

As the Resource Management Senior Manager, you will report to the VP and play a central role in finalizing staffing decisions and assigning team members to new and existing client work. This role serves as a last-mile partner to our delivery teams - ensuring clients are staffed quickly and coverage remains stable through account transitions, backfills, and team shifts. You’ll be responsible for providing data-backed recommendations informed by financial analysis, capacity planning, and team dynamics to guide pod leadership in making final assignments.

This role requires strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial performance and how we service clients across teams and capabilities. You’ll use resource models, capacity data, and financial insights to make strategic recommendations that support both near-term staffing needs and long-term planning. Your work will ensure the organization maintains a balanced alignment between client demands and internal staffing, driving operational efficiency and client success.

This is an individual contributor role, focused on driving staffing decisions and providing strategic support without direct team management responsibilities.

As the Resource Management Senior Manager, you will support:

  • Building Relationships & Strategic Support:

    • Act as a trusted partner to Pod Leads, Managing Directors, and Business Development by maintaining consistent communication and visibility into staffing needs.

    • Facilitate regular touchpoints to discuss pipeline activity, team capacity, and upcoming changes, ensuring alignment between delivery priorities and staffing plans.

    • Strengthen cross-functional relationships by bringing structure and clarity to staffing conversations - balancing client expectations with team capacity and financial goals to support long-term success.

  • Staffing Execution & Client Assignments

    • Coordinate closely with Business Development and Pod Leads to support last-mile staffing decisions for new deals, transitions, and backfills.

    • Translate evolving business needs into tactical staffing recommendations by analyzing availability, skill alignment, and client requirements.

    • Leverage resource models, time-tracking data, and financial insights - such as margin targets and revenue expectations - to guide assignment recommendations.

    • Help prioritize staffing based on a combination of pipeline activity, delivery capacity, and financial health.

    • Maintain a strong understanding of team capabilities and account context to ensure each assignment supports both short-term success and long-term portfolio health.

  • Resource Optimization & Financial Analysis:

    • Analyze utilization trends, time tracking data, and financial drivers to identify resourcing risks, inefficiencies, or emerging needs across portfolios.

    • Surface insights that support proactive staffing decisions, including where to rebalance workloads, increase capacity, or adjust hiring plans.

    • Prepare comprehensive portfolio analysis reports, offering insights on resource utilization, workforce distribution, and future staffing needs.

    • Collaborate with Finance and People teams to develop data-backed business cases for new hires, promotions, or rebalancing of existing resources.

    Professional Qualifications:

    • 7+ years of experience in resource management, operations, finance, or client account management, with a focus on efficiency improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with demonstrated experience coordinating across multiple teams, stakeholders, and levels of leadership.

    • Proven experience in developing, implementing, and refining resource allocation models and tools to support staffing efficiency and strategic decision-making.

    • Technical proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets/Excel, Google Slides, ChatGPT, Salesforce, Workday, Tableau, and/or SQL for data set creation, data analysis, visualization, and resource management.

    • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate clear, actionable insights that drive both operational and financial performance.
