Job Description
  • Collaborate with the Sales team during the pre-sales phase to understand client requirements, define product solutions, and help craft compelling proposals 
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into product solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals 
  • Gather and document client feedback to help refine proposals and offer tailored solutions 
  • Assist in negotiating project scopes and timelines, ensuring that product deliverables align with business expectations 
  • Create and maintain detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on client needs and business value 
  • Translate business requirements into user stories and product specifications for development teams 
  • Work with the technical team to assess feasibility and resources required to deliver the proposed solutions 
  • Collaborate with the Delivery team to ensure smooth handoff after the pre-sales phase, ensuring that all product details are properly transitioned for execution 
  • Participate in the development of the overall delivery strategy, making sure that product solutions are scalable and can be successfully implemented by the Project teams 

Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong focus on pre-sales activities 
  • Strong understanding of the outsourcing model and how to adapt product solutions to client needs 
  • Experience with product lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder management 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients and internal teams 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple product solutions simultaneously 
  • Advanced English

  • Experience in the AdTech domain
