Job Description

Endava is seeking a data-driven professional to join our Rewards & People Insights team as a Senior People Insights Specialist. This role focuses on harnessing people-related data to generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and organizational success at a global scale. You will play a key part in advancing our data-driven culture by analyzing and presenting workforce trends, improving data infrastructure, and enabling business leaders to make informed decisions about talent, performance, learning & development, engagement, and retention.

The ideal candidate is analytically strong, detail-oriented, and collaborative—with the ability to transform complex people data into accessible and impactful insights, while developing and leveraging expertise in tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. People Analytics & Reporting
    • Assist in delivering and enhancing people-related data analytics and reporting efforts, working collaboratively with the People Insights team to generate insights on demographics, recruitment, attrition, and other HR trends.
    • Create and maintain engaging, user-friendly dashboards and reports for key stakeholders, ensuring insights are relevant, actionable, and aligned with strategic business needs.
    • Support strategic decision-making by presenting monthly dashboards and deep-dive analyses that highlight key strengths, risks, and areas for improvement across the employee lifecycle.
    • Work closely with Compensation & Benefits team, business leaders, and IT teams to align people analytics efforts with organizational goals and provide tailored insights that drive data-informed actions.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the people data ecosystem, including the upkeep of a comprehensive people data map and identification of gaps within the main HCM system.
    • Ensure compliance with data governance and protection standards (e.g., GDPR), while supporting efforts to maintain secure and high-quality datasets.
  2. Continuous Learning & Innovation
    • Stay up-to-date on emerging tools, methodologies, and best practices in people analytics and business intelligence.
    • Bring forward new ideas and innovative approaches to improve reporting processes, visualizations, and overall impact of the People Insights function.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Good understanding and proficient knowledge of People (HR) processes, and familiarity with the data landscape across different systems.
  • Experience and knowledge of Compensation & Benefits processes at a regional or global level is a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in Excel and Power BI report development, or similar analytics tools within the Microsoft Power Platform (at least 2-3 years experience preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience integrating and analyzing data from multiple sources to address business needs and develop solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to high-pressure situations, and quickly adopt new information—along with knowing how to effectively prioritize work.
  • High attention to detail, while maintaining a holistic view — understanding how specific reports and data points relate to broader dashboards and insights already established.
  • Awareness of effective reporting methods and data visualization techniques (tables, charts, dashboards).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to learn, grow technical skills, and take part in a collaborative and data-driven environment
