What You’ll Do:

Manage the implementation process for new clients, from the handoff after sale through to enrollment launch
Act as the main point of contact for clients, brokers, carriers, and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation phase
Develop and maintain project plans in our systems (EFPEngage, Etrax, CRM)
Lead weekly status calls, prepare agendas, and follow up on tasks and deliverables
Ensure all activities align with client expectations and the Statement of Work
Troubleshoot roadblocks and escalate issues when needed to keep the project on track
Schedule and facilitate internal post-implementation debrief meetings
Collaborate with the entire implementation team to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional service

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree required
Health and Life License (must be obtained within 180 days of hire)
3–5 years of experience in implementation, project coordination, or a similar client-facing role
Project Management Certification a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
A team-player mindset with a passion for problem-solving
