About the role  

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Admin/  Manager to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions that align with our business goals and technical strategy. The position will play a pivotal role in defining and driving architecture decisions, ensuring that our Salesforce instance is optimized for performance, scalability, and security. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities, industry-standard practices, and experience with enterprise-level deployments.


What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ implementations.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management and optimization of Salesforce CRM, ensuring it meets the complex needs of the sales and marketing teams globally.
  • Implement best-practices for Salesforce customization, automation, workflows, process builders, and validation rules to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Provide hands-on support for CloudBees Salesforce users, troubleshoot issues, and proactively optimize the system based on evolving business needs.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business analysts to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Guide the offshore and consultant development teams, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best-practices and coding standards.
  • Oversee the estimation and planning processes for Salesforce projects, ensuring accurate resource allocation and timelines.
  • Conduct reviews of the solution designs and implementations, ensuring they align with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates, features, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate training and knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team members’ proficiency.

What the Role Requires

  • 7+  years of proven experience managing Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and CRM integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, configuration, data management, and CRM workflows.
  • Proven experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on Sales Cloud and CPQ
  • Proven experience in leading Salesforce org clean-up and technical debt reduction
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configurations, and extensions.
  • Experience working in Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other development frameworks
  • Experience providing oversight to offshore teams and managing development pipelines.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified SalesCloud Consultant, CPQ Certification) are a plus.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Marketo, HGInsights, NetSuite, and Workato is a plus
