Location: Remote/Hybrid

Status: Full Time, Exempt

Compensation: $100k - $150k base pay + high-value multi-year commissions


We're looking for a well-connected VP, Private Equity (PE) Value Creation to join our team!

This role will leverage your PE value creation relationships to drive results with our proven PortCo approach in the Customer Experience (CX) labor and tech space. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role with clear revenue goals and strong internal support.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with PE value creation contacts to share OC’s impact on PortCos.
  • Secure buy-in and introductions to appropriate PortCos.
  • Align PortCo stakeholders with the OC team to run our process.
  • Drive sufficient volume to result in $2.5M in company revenue.
  • Help continuously refine our PE strategy to stay aligned with changing market conditions.
Requirements


Required Qualifications: 

  • Established relationships with value creation teams at buy-out private equity firms.
  • Proven success selling through PE firms into their portfolio companies.
  • Ability and willingness to develop new PE relationships and expand your network.
  • Strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles and tailor messaging to both the sponsor and operator audience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in BPO or Customer Experience (CX) services.
  • Understanding of how CX impacts operational performance in high-growth companies.
  • Familiarity with financial advisory or tech-enabled services.
  • Comfort selling to both strategic and operational stakeholders.
