Key responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot hardware (desktops, laptops, printers) and software applications (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).
  • Provide on-site or remote technical assistance for computer hardware systems and software upgrades.
  • Manage ticket resolution and provide customer service support.
  • Work in a rotational shift schedule, requiring attendance six days a week.

Total Experience-(1-2 years of experience in Corporate IT Industry without including an internship and freelancing with good in communication)
Candidates need to work 6 days a week in client office and shifts will be rotational. ones who knows the Local Language.Cabs will be provided in off hours, for normal hours we have bus facilities.Need good communication skill.

Desktop Resources (L2) – JOB DESCRIPTION ––
1. Troubleshooting of all types of hardware (Desktops, laptops & Printers), software applications (Installation, Configuration and troubleshooting of OS, MS Office).
2. Provide on-site or remote technical assistance including the setting up of computer hardware systems, installing and upgrading software, and troubleshooting basic IT issues.
3. Understanding of Windows Operating Systems ( Windows 10 & above), Registry, File systems, Service Packs, Install and uninstall mechanism
4. Troubleshooting /Problem resolution, ticket Management & Customer Service skills
5. Hands-on experience with Windows OS environments,
