Must have:
- SharePoint Online Custom Developer 
- Hands-on experience on SPFX Development
- Hands-on experience on SharePoint Add-in, PNP PowerShell, PNP JS, .NET CSOM Development
- Advanced knowledge of SharePoint OOTB features and concepts.
- Good communication and user/client interaction skills
Good to have:
- Knowledge on Azure components like Azure Functions, Azure WebApps, Azure AD
- Knowledge on SharePoint Workflows, and Power Automate
