Job Description:
• Create Demands / modify / approve demands in R2D2
• Identify supply from internal bench / upcoming roll off / liaise with other staffing team members within BU / CRMG / other BUs
• Share prospects with project – get selections
• If no internal supply,. Liaise with recruitment for recruitment supply
• Interactions required with – project / staffing teams / practice/ recruitment
• Very good communication / Excel / fast learner
• Tools – R2d2 / smart (can be taught)
• Very good team player and attitude to learn everything
• Some amount of bench management.
• Aptitude to Understand skill groups / skill families / taxonomy - learn these – is reqd.
