Expertise in best practices for creating high quality software, including code reviews, source code control management, build & deployment and testing.
Hands On development experience in general purpose programming languages.
Java GWT, (spring / guice)
Sybase or SQL Server T-SQL.
Good understanding of Messaging Middleware (ex: MQ, TIBCO RV/EMS)
Strong oral and written communication ability to both technical and non-technical audiences
Basic knowledge and experience with financial products such as equities, fixed income, derivatives …
Self-starter with ability to initiate with the business, analyze and document independently
