We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will take charge of a variety of projects and play a key role in liaising between stakeholders across MyRepublic business units and external technology partners. As a Business Analyst, not only will you be tasked with understanding our current and future business needs, you will be responsible for translating these requirements into digital solutions and ensuring that these solutions are implemented.
The role:
Perform end-to-end requirements gathering and analysis.
Engage with stakeholders and relevant subject matter experts to identify, collate and understand the detailed business requirements.
Analyze and document current processes, workflows, and interfaces. Capture best practices,
processes, applications, infrastructure, etc., and document them as part of Digital Transformation playbooks.
Lead workshops to agree on functionality and specifications. Handle customer-facing tasks and responsibilities.
Prepare and/or review technical solution documents and proof-of-concept exercises along with Solution Architects
Support development & testing teams and conduct UAT during solution delivery for successful sign-off.
Support pre-production and go-live activities for customers.
Manage change request lifecycle.

Good understanding of standards e.g. TM Forum and end-to-end BSS/OSS solutions and integrations.
Understanding and experience in Omni Channel Digital Experience, Product Catalogue, Configure Price Quote, Customer Management, Billing Management, Order Management, and Inventory.
Management, Service Fulfillment & Assurance.
Experience in business analysis, business process modeling, information modeling, user stories creation, etc.
Functional knowledge of Telecom Products such as Broadband and Mobile solutions.
Expertise in standard tools for requirements & designing.
Experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
