Data Services Specialist will join Ntracts on the Data Services team and cross train with the Implementation and Client Support departments to identify and implement new strategies and processes to help clients optimize use of their Ntracts solution. Areas of focus will be abstracting and auditing data,document extraction and organization and providing support and testing of ongoing client projects.


 Responsibilities:

  • Contract analysis and data entry to ensure clients have accurate data of the 9 key Ntracts data points
  • Complete document organization as defined in the client services deliverables
  • Complete document extraction, on an as needed basis
  • Creation of client 1% audit to drive additional services, on an as needed basis
  • Support and implementation of Ntracts solutions through industry best practices
  • Create and deliver client dashboards from system usage, on an as needed basis
  • Analyze and report trends on client usage of their Ntracts solution
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
