The Business Analyst is a Key role within Inlogic, the Business Analyst will ensure the technology-enabled solutions and functionality are designed considering the Usability & Customer business problems/requirements. He/she will be defining, analysing, and documenting requirements which can help to fulfil business needs. The Business Analyst will collaborate with project managers in the planning, development and deployment of new applications, and enhancements to existing applications

About the Requirement:

Functional:

• The Business Analyst defines business requirements, documents functional specifications, and develops timelines for business analysis deliverables

• Gathers requirements for enhancements of websites and web-based health care applications/portal

• Creates and manages test plans and test scripts

• As a subject matter expert, the analyst will have a solid understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements to assist in providing input toward the feasibility of the requirement

• Business Analyst will participate in all phases of a project from initiation to implementation and post-implementation

• Business Analyst should understand data models and the relationship between data and processes

• Business Analyst will serve as the liaison between various business units and IT to facilitate application demos with the customers/stakeholders

• Business Analyst may conduct workshops and facilitate defining of requirements.

General:

• Candidates should have 6 to 8 years of experience

• Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
