We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of technical projects, focusing on C#, .NET Core, and Azure Services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Location: Bangalore, Gurgaon & Nagpur
Experience- 8 to 12 years

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Manage project execution and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
Conduct regular status meetings with the project team and stakeholders to provide updates.

Team Coordination and Communication:

Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers.
Foster a collaborative work environment and promote effective communication.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure team members have the necessary resources.
Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional growth.

Technical Expertise:

Possess strong technical knowledge and expertise in C# and .NET Core.
Familiarity with Azure Services and cloud-based solutions.
Understand software development processes and best practices.
Assist in technical discussions and provide guidance to the development team.

Stakeholder Management:

Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.

Quality Assurance:

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably in a software development environment.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in C# and .NET Core.
Familiarity with Azure Services, such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, and Azure SQL Database.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project deliveries.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
