As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating and executing end-to-end social media marketing campaigns, as well as developing strategies to drive user acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, with the goal of driving user acquisition and retention
2.Conduct market research to identify target audiences and analyze competitor strategies
3.Develop and manage social media content calendars and ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all channels
4.Collaborate with the design team to create engaging visual content for social media platforms
5.Monitor and analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to the team to identify areas of improvement and optimize campaigns

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a track record of success in driving user acquisition and retention
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences, algorithms, and advertising options
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling social media content that resonates with target audiences
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
- Experience with influencer marketing campaigns and managing relationships with influencers
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative social media campaigns and strategies
