Do you have a passion for gardening and flowers? Do you love working outdoors and connecting with people? New Leaf Growers is looking for enthusiastic, professional, and reliable Garden Center Merchandisers to join our team!

As a wholesale grower supplying high-quality annuals and perennials to large retailers, we take pride in providing beautiful plants and excellent customer service. If you enjoy working with plants, are proactive, and have a positive attitude, this role could be perfect for you!

What You'll Do:

• Display and maintain live plants to ensure our displays look their best
• Remove and condense plant racks as needed to keep things organized
• Interact with customers to answer questions and provide plant care tips
• Collaborate with store personnel to ensure plants are well-stocked and presented
• Work across multiple locations as needed to meet customer needs

What We’re Looking For:

• Some plant knowledge (the more, the better!)
• Reliability and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and work independently
• Smartphone required for communication and reporting
• Weekend availability (Saturdays are a must)
• Great communication skills and a team-player attitude
• A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems and help where needed
