Job Description: Deputy/Sales Head - Strategic Accounts and Enterprise Sales (Real Estate)

Fashion TV Real Estate Vertical is looking for a highly skilled and experienced City Head to lead our Sales team for our FTV Real Estate vertical. As the city Head, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with developers and builders across multiple regions in India. This role requires a strong B2B acumen and a proven track record in enterprise sales, corporate connects, and strategic account management. The ideal candidate should have direct connections with owners of developers and nearby regions and should have prior experience in managing a team.

Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify and engage with developers and builders who possess land parcels or upcoming projects suitable for association with our FTV brand. Initiate and negotiate strategic partnerships to promote FTV's name within their projects.

Strategic Account Management: Develop and implement account plans for key strategic partners, nurturing long-term relationships and driving incremental revenue opportunities.

Enterprise Sales: Drive enterprise-level sales strategies to secure FTV's brand presence in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Leverage your industry knowledge to create compelling value propositions for developers and builders.

Corporate Connects: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with corporate clients and industry influencers to expand FTV's market reach and visibility.

Network Expansion: Utilize your extensive network of active developer lobby connects in multiple cities across India to establish new partnerships and business opportunities.

Team Leadership: Oversee and lead a team of city heads and regional managers, providing guidance and support to achieve ambitious sales targets. Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Market Intelligence: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences within the real estate industry. Use this knowledge to design effective sales strategies and stay ahead in the market.

Brand Advocacy: Represent FTV at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance the brand's image and reputation.

Result-oriented Approach: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals, while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership commitments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in strategic accounts management, enterprise sales, and business development, preferably in the real estate aggregator sector.

Demonstrated success in establishing and nurturing relationships with developers and builders across multiple cities in India.

Prior experience managing a team of managers on a city/Regional/Zonal level.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.

Strong market knowledge of the Indian real estate industry and luxury segment.

Result-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Willingness to travel to different cities for business development and networking.
