Job description

Fashion TV is an international fashion and lifestyle broadcasting television channel. Fashion TV is offering exciting franchising opportunities in India and is seeking a Franchise Sales Manager to drive sales and expansion.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads by making cold calls to potential investors and explain the products/services offered.
  • Thoroughly follow the sales process with prospective franchisees and gather essential information such as location, investment capacity, and desired start date.
  • Execute monthly and yearly sales objectives, keeping track of progress and providing reports.
  • Pitch and explain the products to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of partnering with Fashion TV.
  • Create an impact for franchise partners in multiple cities through effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Provide 360-degree brand support to franchise partners from the initial stages to ongoing operations.
Job Description:
  • Act as a brand ambassador for all brands represented, ensuring successful launch and operations of outlets across India.
  • Travel within India if required to identify suitable properties, handle legal matters, plan layouts, hire and train staff, and develop marketing strategies.
  • Build awareness for the brand in respective territories and provide necessary tools to achieve goals.
  • Design standard operating procedures and service guidelines for the franchise.
  • Coordinate with vendors, negotiate pricing, conduct audits, and maintain high client service standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to maximize brand exposure.
  • Work closely with human resources to facilitate staff hiring and retention.
  • Maintain stock and handle product orders on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure timely completion of new projects and liaise with owners.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Basic knowledge of Fashion TV.
  • Strong business network and familiarity with CRM tools and dialers.
  • Good understanding of client acquisition, negotiation skills, and franchisee business sales and operations.
  • Passionate about achieving financial success and gaining fame.
  • Graduate in Business Management or Hotel Management.
  • Proven track record of 5+ years in franchise sales, business development, or operations management.
  • Willingness to travel, attend trade shows, and conduct market visits.
  • Ability to articulate the brand vision and values convincingly.
