Role and Responsibilities:

As a Legal - Recovery Matters Specialist, you will be responsible for managing recovery matters, including bounced cheques, arbitration notices, dishonored cheques, and filing suits before courts and arbitral authorities.
You will assist in replying to notices, vetting legal documents, representing the law firm before police stations and judicial authorities, and maintaining an MIS to track cases and notices.

Candidate Qualifications:

LLB or LLM degree is required.

Proficiency in MS-Office (MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Excel).
