Description

WTWH Media is seeking a qualified individual for the fully remote position of Webinar Coordinator. This position requires an individual with multi-tasking abilities and high attention to detail across multiple concurrent projects. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven environment and be extremely comfortable with technology. They must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of organizations. 


The Webinar Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, marketing, and execution of live and on demand webinars. The ideal candidate will have experience with online events, webinar platforms, and marketing, including graphics and promotions. 


Pre-production activities include running kick-off meetings, scheduling, collaborating with clients to select and submit content to WTWH, creating and scheduling promotional materials (emails, website, social media, internal communications, etc.), loading materials into the webinar platform, and running a tech rehearsal with all presenters and client key contacts. 


Production of the webinar itself includes conducting a pre-webinar technical production check with presenters, management of event interactions and troubleshooting within the webinar platform for presenters and attendees. Post-production events include reporting, archiving, on demand promotion, file management and record keeping, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


  • Create live and on demand webinars, managing the process from beginning to end
  • Consistently meet project timelines and internal deadlines
  • Collect and log webinar materials
  • Create promotional materials for webinar promotions
  • Assist speakers during live and on-demand webcasts
  • Produce live and on-demand webinars; assist attendees with any technical issues
  • Produce post webinar report for clients and update all links on websites with on-demand information
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or digital communications strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of webinar production experience
  • Technically adept in webinar software, experienced in email and social media marketing and promotions, including graphics creation and editing in Photoshop
  • Works well under pressure, meeting or exceeding deadlines
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Experienced in the use of project management software for planning, task management, and communication
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable meeting on camera and working with clients, speakers and coworkers in a virtual environment
  • Effective at managing remote work and able to travel occasionally for company meetings
