Operations Associate

Job Purpose

The Operations Associate plays a critical role in supporting the COO through implementation work, data analytics, and demand generation. This role ensures the timely and high-quality delivery of services to customers, provides actionable insights through data, and drives demand generation efforts in collaboration with marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Implementation & Delivery: Ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery to customers, aligning with company standards and client expectations.

• Data Analytics & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide the right insights, with the right context, to the right stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.

• Demand Generation: Partner with marketing to drive demand generation initiatives, including social media campaigns, conference support, blog posts, thought leadership content, and email marketing.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to align operations with strategic goals.

• Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions to optimize workflows.

Qualifications/Requirements

Experience:

•  2+ years in operations, data analytics, demand generation, or a related role.
•  Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data analytics platforms preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in G-suite, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills:

•  Excellent communication and organizational skills.
•  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
