Job Description
Take ownership of a crucial revenue-generating role within a tech-enabled real estate team. As an Inside Sales Agent, you’ll leverage state-of-the-art automated dialing systems and proven scripts to connect with potential buyers and sellers, qualifying opportunities and setting appointments that drives business growth. This position offers the perfect blend of structured processes and relationship building, allowing you to make a significant impact while developing valuable skills in the real estate industry. Responsibilities
Execute high-volume outbound calling campaigns using advanced automated dialing technology
Achieve and exceed daily calling targets (minimum 200 dials per 4-hour period)
Engage with potential clients using proven scripts to identify real estate opportunities
Pre-qualify prospects through effective questioning and needs analysis
Set qualified appointments for both property listings and buyer consultations
Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the team’s CRM system
Conduct strategic follow-up calls with leads who previously expressed interest
Convert conversations into scheduled appointments while maintaining high quality standards
Collaborate with the core team to ensure smooth hand off of qualified leads
Track and report on key performance metrics and conversion rates
Requirements
Native-level English proficiency with exceptional communication skills
Proven track record in appointment setting or inside sales roles
Ability to work full-time hours aligned with Eastern Standard Time
Experience with CRM systems and comfort with technology
