Job Description

The Product Marketing Specialist role be responsible for working on a wide variety of Product projects for Live Casino.

  • Dream Creator Support: Assist in the execution and coordination of initiatives within the Dream Creator program.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver product demos to Key Account Managers (KAMs) and customers, ensuring clarity and engagement.
  • Jackpots Collaboration: Act as a liaison between KAMs, compliance teams, integration teams, and customers to facilitate smooth jackpot operations.
  • Exclusive Management: Oversee the handling and coordination of regional exclusives, ensuring they meet strategic goals.
  • Customer & KAM Support: Address customer and KAM requests, manage product configurations, and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Streamer Collaboration: Work with streamers to align content with business goals and manage payments efficiently.
  • Streamer Betting Project: Support project tasks to ensure successful implementation and outcomes.
  • Promotions Team Support: Suggest and recommend engaging content for various campaigns to drive customer interest and retention.

Qualifications
  • Marketing/Business degree preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar marketing role in a B2B environment
  • Fluent English language speaker
  • Strong creative and technical English language copywriting skills, with examples of previous work
  • Excellent English language editing skills with superior attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well organised, independent and methodical
  • A passion for online casino and slots
  • Experience working with online product or games studio teams  
  • Strong knowledge of the online casino industry  
  • An eye for design and ability to brief in creative teams
