What We’re Looking For
Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for a Training Facilitation Manager to join our Training team. The Training Facilitation Manager organizes unit duties, responsibilities, and resource allocation to complete unit tasks and projects as assigned by Senior VP of Enterprise Training & Staff Development or Training Director. Provides leadership with the development and implementation of the Training Department Strategic Plan.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
High School diploma/GED and five (5) years of experience providing training to a variety of audiences.
OR
Associate’s degree in Human Services, Human Resources, Education, Training and Development, Instructional Design, or Organizational Development and three (3) years of experience providing training to a variety of audiences.
OR
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Human Resources, Education, Training and Development, Instructional Design, or Organizational Development and minimum one (1) year of experience providing training to a variety of audiences.
OR
Equivalent combination of education/experience.
Preferred Education:
Master’s degree in a Human Services, Human Resources, Education, Training and Development, Instructional Design, or Organizational Development
Preferred Experience:
Supervision of two (2) or more employees.
Experience in meeting facilitation and computer proficiency.
License/Certification:
If not Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) certified will need to obtain certification within one (1) year of hire and maintain certification throughout employment.
Must have a valid driver’s license
Preferred License/Certification:
Certification in one or more of the following Train-the-Trainer Trainings: Permanent Supportive Housing, Chronic Disease Self-Management Program, Nonviolent Crisis Intervention, Sequential Intercept Mapping. Clinical licensure in the State of North Carolina as LMFT, LCSW, LCMHC, or LPA OR certification as PHR, SHRM-CP, or CPTD preferred.

Must reside in NC to be considered for remote status.
Must be able to travel to a Trillium office location and within catchment as required.
