Job Title: Marketing Operations Coordinator
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 4500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

Were hiring a Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the CEO in executing high-quality marketing deliverables. This is an execution-heavy, behind-the-scenes role focused on turning ideas into action -- managing assets, coordinating deliverables, QAing funnel flows, and compiling performance insights. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, proactive, and thrives in a high-ownership environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Content Execution:

  • Write and edit short-form content (emails, landing page copy, social posts).
  • Polish AI- or team-generated content for clarity and tone.
  • Create content briefs for editors/designers based on raw assets.
  • Watch client calls and create actionable recaps or Loom summaries.
  • Organize testimonials, clips, and creative files for campaigns.

Marketing Ops & QA:

  • QA marketing funnels and ensure logic, links, emails, and tags are working properly.
  • Support basic edits in GoHighLevel or WordPress.
  • Track simple KPIs and compile monthly performance reports.
  • Summarize wins, learnings, and pivots post-campaign.
  • Coordinate tasks across team specialists (design, ads, GHL, support).


Qualifications:

  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
  • Comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, and Loom.
  • Familiarity with platforms like ClickUp, Slack, and Notion.
  • Ability to interpret marketing workflows and contribute to clean execution.
  • Has strong visual instincts and can help shape clean, on-brand creative using templates, tools, and AI when needed.
  • Calm, curious, and highly accountable.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with GoHighLevel, WordPress, or other marketing automation tools.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics (for reviewing data).
  • Background in digital agencies or performance marketing environments.
  • Experience with project tools like ClickUp and Notion.
  • Ability to understand and communicate marketing performance data.
