SUMMARY:

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing who’s both strategic and hands-on - someone who loves diving into data, spotting opportunities, and turning insights into results. You’ll be working side by side with the CEO and team leads to make sure our marketing efforts are clear, focused, and driving real growth. If you're structured, business-minded, understand how marketing directly impacts sales and company growth - we’d love to talk.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Take ownership of our overall marketing strategy - from affiliate and email to social media, product marketing, campaigns
  • Regularly review performance: look at sales data, spot where we’re losing leads, and find ways to improve the funnel
  • Dig into the numbers to understand what drives sales, where users come from, and where we have room to grow
  • Keep an eye on competitors and market trends to see how we stack up and where we can do better
  • Work closely with leadership to sharpen our message and how we position ourselves
  • Turn ideas and insights into concrete, high-impact marketing campaigns
  • Build smarter systems for tracking results
YOUR PROFILE:
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing roles in B2C industries such as video streaming, tech or gambling
  • Proven track record in performance marketing and data-driven strategy
  • Highly organized, analytical, and self-directed
  • Strong experience with email campaigns, social media, affiliate channels, and brand communications
  • Skilled in conducting market research, competitor audits, and turning insights into direction
  • Fluent in English
