Overview

We are looking for a remote Smartsheet Specialist to design and create Smartsheet functional content to align with reporting requirements and business needs. This role will build Smartsheet reporting, develop a process and manage use. This is a contract consulting role with a 3 month+ duration and may be extended. This role will work EST hours and EST based candidates will receive stronger consideration. Qualified candidates must live in the United States and have authorization to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities

·      Identifies client requirements, designs and develops Smartsheet programmatic flows and associated automation for reporting requirements and processes

·      Provides recommendations including definition of functional capabilities and features

·      Creates documentation for automation modification and maintenance

·      Develops testing environment and associated testing procedures and programs

·      Builds integrations with external services as required

Requirements

Desired Skills and Experience

·      Bachelor’s degree in Comp Sci, IT, Business or related field

·      Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with Smartsheet including knowledge of reporting, control center, bridge, dashboards, forms and automation development

·      Proven business acumen as a professional in client facing roles

·      Proven ability to work with team members in a cross functional environment

·      Proven ability to document and adhere to business requirements

·      Proven ability to communicate with clients at any level

·      Detail-oriented, well-organized personality

·      Ability to work independently and efficiently
