Job Summary:

This role is responsible for managing and optimizing product categories in terms of both content and revenue performance on a digital platform. The Category & Revenue Specialist must ensure strong category performance, monitor industry trends, and make data-driven decisions that impact user engagement and revenue. The Category & Revenue Specialist focuses on pricing strategies, forecasting, and optimizing revenue across the category, using data to assess pricing models, and user behavior in order to reach targets. The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Head of Bazaraki.

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of professional experience in category and content management within digital platforms
  • Proven background in pricing strategy, revenue optimization, and business analysis
  • Advanced data analysis capabilities, with hands-on experience building and applying price elasticity models
  • Strategic thinker with the confidence to make data-driven recommendations and influence decision-making
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (Greek and English)
  • Excellent in handling analytics tools, CRM systems, Excel
  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize content within assigned categories, ensuring quality, consistency, and regulatory compliance
  • Analyze and monitor performance metrics (e.g. views, user retention, revenue) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Conduct competitor research and benchmarking by exploring rival platforms, creating trial accounts, evaluating pricing strategies, and gathering feedback from content providers
  • Develop and maintain pricing elasticity models to optimize category revenue; perform scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of pricing changes
  • Create and deliver regular performance reports and revenue forecasts to senior management to support data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including marketing, legal, product, and compliance—for planning, platform updates, and adherence to internal policies and external regulations
  • Support any inquiries from authorities with relevant data
  • Collaborate close with all relative departments for the smooth operation of the business
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by maintaining strong interdepartmental communication and coordination.
