Job description

Overview:

The DTC Marketing Manager will drive the growth of NEAT Method’s direct-to-consumer business. This role focuses on customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through lifecycle marketing strategies, with an emphasis on website content, email, and SMS. The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce marketing and management, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for customer engagement. This role will report to the VP of Marketing.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies to acquire, retain, and engage customers
  • Manage content calendar and execution for email and SMS as it pertains to DTC product business
  • Collaborate with Senior Manager, Creative to deliver on-brand campaign or channel briefs and create all visual assets
  • Coordinate with Franchise Marketing Manager to ensure best user experience and strategic approach, especially when considering DTC product vs. service client funnels
  • Optimize website content, email marketing, and SMS campaigns to drive sales and customer loyalty
  • Partner with Director of Product on site merchandising, prioritization and promotional plans
  • Analyze customer data and segmentation to personalize marketing efforts and increase lifetime value
  • Collaborate with external agencies managing paid digital advertising, SEO, affiliate and PR to drive traffic and conversions
  • Monitor key performance metrics, including conversion rates, customer retention, and revenue growth, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Partner with development resources to implement A/B testing and performance tracking to continuously optimize email, SMS, and on-site experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on e-commerce trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the DTC customer experience
  • Work closely with Social Media & Community Coordinator to develop strategy and plans across social, influencer, and brand partnerships

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 4-5 years of experience in DTC, e-commerce, or lifecycle marketing
  • Experience in home, lifestyle, or design brands is a bonus
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, retention strategies, and CRM tools
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Hubspot, Klaviyo, Attentive, or other e-commerce and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience managing email and SMS marketing campaigns with a focus on revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and manage agency relationships
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
  • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
